It's barely acceptable for a $8.95 keyboard to do such things, but anything 3-digit simply has to work. You said "bought not long ago", which suggests you are within the 2-year minimum liability period. Send it back.

Just finished up a Wallpaper mod tool for Sims 4 for my girlfriend in C++ - took only two days to code, but oh my, all those corrections constantly.. Feels like coding with broken hands LOL
