I forgot to ask this last time but is it possible to have 16-bit 555 mode but not 16-bit 565? And are there any other 16-bit modes (like reversed order in r,g,b -> b,g,r or something like that)? -Hans

Nope, different graphics cards supports different 16-bit modes, either 555 or 565. You can''t choose.
