I would probably give up programming altogether if that was what I had to choose from. ;)So if you had a choice between:
- Web Dev (asp.net),
- Metro Development (Win8/Win10 apps),
- Sharepoint Dev, and
- BI Dev (data sciences included)

Are you linux guy? Or you don't like Webforms? I use Razor Webpages, which is very much like using PHP.
Besides I think you can run ASP.NET 5 on Linux nowadays.

Well before I was a Lounge Conjurer. Now after travelling the lands, I've changed job classes and have come Idea Implementator*. Though needlessly to say, I'm still at Level 1. But I've gained 2 EXP!
*In your realm, Idea Implementator maybe called a Game Designer.

It seems you and web dev have some issues that still need to be worked out :P
i'd suggest to dive a little into the next aspnet.. it's a full rewrite that works crossplatform and is open source on github.
but personally, i'd go for the metro/win10 universal app stuff.
