haha, i find my profesional circle is something like grunge music losers - so maybe this attitude will be disliked in most of environments except this one, my core home environment ;/

Well, the forum was never specifically meant to be not-boring. It was created as a hub for game development related discussions. If you find it boring and think it shouldn't be then it's your responsibility to do something about it.

I think the chat is a good attempt at making the forum less boring, though there are not enough people for it to be really effective and it might be a bit too far from the forum style communication (too short time scale and small information content). Something between the forums and the chat might have the right amount of entertainment...

It just seems like you have the attitude of "ugggghhh... everything... sucks..." rather than "Let's get some interesting conversations going!"

I mean, it's a website. If you don't like the culture here, there is not a whole lot keeping you from leaving. If you want to change the culture instead, there are better ways to do that than whining in the Lounge and ASCII bunnies. Like, perhaps, starting interesting topics and doing your best to keep conversations rolling and seeing if you can inspire others to do the same. It's not a black box where you just log in and fun comes out.
