I decided to make a cool game. I thought maybe a cool retro style skyrim game. Like with old graphics. maybe pixelated.
Anyone interested in it? I am good at making envirorments and im ok at 3d modeling, But im not the best at it
I am looking for
3D Model Artists (Weapons, Items, Character Models, Objects, etc.)
And
Script/Code/Programmers

I think you are looking for the classifieds section. Might want to head over there and look around. Team building stuff outside of that usually gets locked and directed there.

I feel I should also point out that what you're proposing would be a copyright (and likely trademark) violation, even if you project is not for profit. You can safely make a game inspired by Skyrim, but making an actual Skyrim game would risk legal action.
