When you have nothing in mind (complete blank, no ideas, wandering state of mind), do you just don't care about everything?

This may be different among people who are in such a state when they don't have anything to do.

For example, during my free time, when I don't have a plan, an idea, or things I have to do, but wanting to program codes, I sometimes code stuffs without optimizing my codes, or follow coding conventions.

I no longer care about why my code is running at O(n^5), or why I keep using lots of static global variables, and such. I just wanted a goal of some sort, so I can get actuated. I get thoughts like, "The program runs at an acceptable rate, why optimize it?", etc.

What things you normally care about or should be caring about that you no longer care for when you're not having any ideas on what you're doing?

You just don't care, right?
