hi developers I have an amazing idea for a game app for mobile platforms, I have a very wide range of knowledge of games and I know this hasn't been done before, it has so much potential I just don't have anyone to help me develop it. If you think you can help then ii would be very grateful.

To attract a good programmer you'll also have to be a lot more persuasive than simply having a supposedly amazing idea that hasn't been done before. Every would-be designer claims to have an amazing idea, and the overwhelming majority of them erroneously claim their ideas haven't been done before. Unless you can demonstrate why you're different no skilled programmer will risk wasting their time on just another "idea guy".

You might find some helpful information in the game design forum topic "what programmers want from a designer", amongst other resources; you probably aren't ready to try to attract a programmer without some additional research first.
