The volume is indeed very low, overall. Also some of the individual instruments are a bit too loud in relation to everything else in the mix. The tambourine for example. I realize you're working with MIDI and lower fidelity samples but you can still add more polish in the production. For example those long notes or passages - make them go somewhere! Either grow louder or get softer, etc. Also it sounds as if everything is centered panned. You can create more space, interest and even call and response interactions with your textures by doing a bit more panning on individual tracks.
