Temple Heirloom (KOTOR Inspired New Composition)
For this track I envisioned discovering something ancient in a temple, my mind kept going back to Star Maps in KOTOR. Thanks for listening!

Some really nice textures and ideas in this piece! I enjoyed it! While I appeciate the effort towards a drier mix but felt some of this was a bit too dry. Consider giving a bit more room space to the production as right now there are elements that are quite dry and in an actual recording or performance for a piece like this - the opposite would be true. I think this would help blend some of the choir changes which sound rather rough and midi-tastic to my ears. But overall, very impressive!
Thanks for sharing!

I did try and find a balance to my taste between what a videogame mix would sound like (typically drier) and a reverb that makes sense for a Temple.
Sure thing! However, I find your above statement strange. Many video game OST have plenty of reverb, sometimes TOO much! It's true that game music does have to make space for sound effects and dialog but to my ears this track is more dry that most game OSTs I've checked

I have to say that this is a very unique piece. Very outside of the box. The use of electronic/grunge synths near the 2.00 was a very nice touch! Great work!
