The answer is different whether you're talking about price, health or taste. If you throw health out of the equation, the answer is Inn N Out or Taco Bell.

Gotta agree with this one. Cheap, quick, delicious, and I can order something that won't kill me.

You can order plenty of stuff at any fast food place that won't kill you. You can order plenty of stuff at Chipotle that's quite a bit worse than a meal you can get at McDonalds too.

For example, when I go to mcdonalds I get a double cheeseburger and a junior chicken (McChicken in America) with no mayo. I take off the bottom of both buns and eat it as one sandwich. You can actually ask them to make it for you this way and most McDonalds will, I just put it together myself because it usually goes faster. At McDonalds by far the worst things are the buns and the fries, and just cutting them makes the meals pretty healthy.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, when I go to Q'Doba (pretty much the same as chipotle), I get a steak burrito with Queso sauce, sour cream, and the regular cheese. I usually eat the whole thing. I don't do this often, but I guarantee it's worse for me than what I personally get at Mcdonalds.

Now living in Canada/Toronto, I miss Nandos . I heard there are some Nandos in Canada somewhere, but I've no idea where.

Also? The KFC in North America is rubbish compared to KFC in Australia. They've never heard of chicken salt! Plus the menu consists of nothing but different shapes of dry chicken instead of a variety of burgers. That being said, Popeyes is goddam amazing.

We blanket almost all of our salts mixed with other stuff as 'seasoned salt'. This would be like me criticizing people for not knowing what a 'bubbler' is implying there were no bubblers anywhere. Or like the Simpson's where homer keeps messing with the timeline and thinks there's no donuts, but it rains donuts so they just call donuts 'rain'

Not much can beat McDonalds though for their breakfast menu. So many good choices.

I love MCD breakfast but they started doing full breakfasts at some Wendy's around here and I am super impressed. Also, Chick-fil-a has these chicken biscuit things and a bagel chicken sandwich that rock my world.
