Are you going to fund the development of a revived Project Offset? Because if you are not offering them a multi-million dollar budget, it's very doubtful that they will take any notice of your communications...

im not trying to fund PO im just trying to raise awareness about a game that could have had such an impact on the gaming industry.

No offense, but why is this game so important? There are literally millions of game ideas that never see the light of day.
because this game is epic, have you ever seen a game that is simular to Project offset in anyway?

In what way, exactly?

We never saw enough gameplay to tell, only a few quicktime events. And while the art-style was very cool, it was fairly vanilla high-fantasy (think Tolkien).

When did we see quicktime events? There was a gameplay trailer a while ago that looked fairly awesome; the environments especially.

tech demos were hot though:

Personally I'll miss it because it looked like it was going to be a really solid fantasy action fps. Skyrim is solid, but this looked much more action oriented than RPG oriented, which I was excited for.

Fantasy often gets backed into the RPG corner, when it has a lot of potential outside that corner.

Ok, I never saw this trailer before, and I was talking about the quicktime-like sequence from the end of Sneak Peak 2. Still, even though this trailer makes it more concrete, the animation and action is a far cry from the smooth flow of Sneak Peak 2 - I find it distinctly underwhelming.

I'll agree with you there. I'm not a Skyrim fan at the best of times, and a good entry in the action-fantasy genre would be welcome. But from what little I've seen of Project Offset, I'm not sure they were really that far away from Skyrim...
