Hey I'm new I have a two man team my brother(artist) and I(programmer) wanted to know what was the best game engine specifcally for 2D gaming, with XNA porting, C# coding, AI, Level editor, animation editor, support for handrawn art, video playback, XBOX Gamepad, sound formats(mp3 mp4, wma etc), image formats(gif,png etc)

There isn't really any good 2d engines, just program in native XNA, it's almost completely like an engine, and if you create re-usable classes, then you have made your own engine
