With two new indie stores coming out very soon, I was wondering when GD.Net will re-open the marketplace and start promoting? Also, will GD.Net have game-dev training similar to what JWalsh to compliment the Marketplace?

Note: thank you SteveDeFacto for point out my sleepiness.

Story? Anyway, I too would like GDNet to open a store. That would be awesome!

What would you guys like to see in a store? We have a Marketplace, but perhaps that's not what you're referring to? If you want GDNet apparel and stuff we also still have the CafePress stores for the GDNet logo and the "I Make Games" catch phrase.

When did that come out? That's exactly what I'm talking about! But really, when did that come out?

Awesome, just ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Make sure you use the discount code LSEP1145 for a 15% discount for purchases over 45$.

I didn't know about the marketplace but I was thinking it would have a category for user made games?

Well we would like that too but for now it's just assets. Game publishing might be something we do later, but we need to get the showcase back on track first

The marketplace has been around since Q2 of this year. It'll be better integrated and more visible in the next site iteration later this year but it also needs a dedicated person behind it's operation as well...
