Hi. Me and my friends are finishing this arcade game of ours. Please play it and tell us what you think about it. Btw we are working on the bugs so sorry bout that.

I'll tell briefly about it.
Dodge/ destroy things on your way before time is up. After a few seconds your ship will stop and will activate again.

arrow keys to move and space to shoot.

Some screens (or even a video) would be really nice. You'd probably get a better feedback.

No comments? how come?
Why am I not getting any feedback here?
I can't play it but from the image it looks nice. The stars all have the same size and it doesn't look that much like stars. Cute green alien in the space ship.

A good way to get people to test a game out is to embed in on a site. That way all they have to do it open up a page, wait a few seconds for it to load and then can start playing. I understand you may not be able to do it for this game but it's something to remember for next time.

I did give it a go. Seems OK at the moment the basic concept seems solid. Controls are a bit slow and it doesn't feel like you're in space. The graphics could of course be improved along with the sound. The controls seem to be mapped well but maybe using the mouse over keys could compliment the game more. The UI could do with some work since its hidden in the top left (i have to move my eyes from the ship to look at them). Can't think of much else at the moment, hope this helped though.

Not too bad, graphics need a bit of work maybe. I would also try and do something more with what you got, seems a waste to put all of this effort in and the end result is only a simple shooter, maybe get some ships selection, boss fights, leveling up? I hope you've played starcon one and two as they would give some good ideas for different ships ;)
Got to admit I was expecting it to be embeded but decided to take a couple mins out to play it and give my feedback.

Generally it is nicely made, but there are a few areas that could be worked on. First thing I noticed is that you seem to have spent more time and effort into the alien spaceship than you did on the player ship; don't get me wrong I like the alien spaceship, the cute alien in the ship gives it a nice touch; but remember that the player ship is the one that the character will be seeing the whole time they are playing the game, so a bit more effort and detail would go a long way.

Also I feel that the stars move a little fast, maybe you could try slowing them down a little. My reasoning for this is that normally the stars which you see as dots are really far away, and so unless you are moving at VERY high speeds they would not fly past your ship so fast. But maybe this is something which you can play with and see how the game looks, you might find that it does not work or you might even come up with another solution which you had not thought of previously.

Just one more thing from my quick observation that you could maybe incorporate into your game, is to try to add some kind of 'momentum shift'. What I mean is that at the moment the ship changes direction very suddenly and sharply, maybe you could have it so that when you change direction it sort of glides and 'skids' as the momentum carries it forward; aswel I find that the rotation of the ship is a little slow, maybe you can play about with that too, although it may actually work with the momentum swing effect added in.

Just some thoughts from having played for a couple of minutes. Good luck with your project, it's looking good so far.

ps. I very much like the idea of recording the scores
a revolution is coming
Thank you for you're feedback. As soon as this game is done, I'll be making another one soon.
