Tentative title
How comfortable are you with the chance that Sub Pop Records might sue you?
That's what it really comes down to.

Do you want to blow 100k on a lawyer to find out?
And my non snarky answer:
Nobody knows the answer to your question. Somebody else picked the title before you. I'd choose a different one, unless you're in the litigating mood.

Fair enough, thanks
I am not a lawyer and this isn't legal advise. Talk to a lawyer.
A name would generally be protected under trademark law and trademarks are industry specific. The name of a record can not conflict with the name of a cola or a game or a book as they are different industries. There are some special exceptions to this which is why legal advise is suggested but generally you will be fine - provided that the two products don't have anything in common beyond the name. If you made a game inspired by a rock music album or based on a book then obviously that would be a problem. Two different things in two different industries and you are good to go.
