Hello,

We am trying to make a company that is focused on Game Development.

We don't know yet what kind of experienced/skilled people we will be needing to accomplish our goals, or how we can accomplish them.

If there is anyone that can help by telling us what we need, or what we should do that would be of great help.

Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages in this line of business?

Thanks!

It all completely varies on what you are planning to develop. Do you have more specifics about your business.

You should start small, make some small games. In the meantime, you should be doing a lot of reading -- IndustryGamers, GamesIndustry.biz, GDMag, Gamasutra. You should be doing a lot of networking - GDC, PAX, E3.

Make games, not a company. After you don't have these questions anymore, THEN make a company.
