Hi all ,

It might be a dummy question if each game generally implements its own custom AI
but what are the ones mostly used , HavokAI , xaitment or others ?

thanks in advance....
IIRC HavokAI is a very new offering from Havok and has yet to be used in any production game. Other solutions of which I am aware are Kynapse and NavPower.

But yes most games have implemented their own. Which means they don't use any of those modules at all. The use of AI Middleware is pretty new in the last 2-3ish years.

Other than pathfinding, most dev studios don't touch AI middleware.
