Money? Guilt? Both?

It is only a metaphor, and has nothing to do with sexual activity. :)

Of course it doesn't. Does prostitution only relates to sexual activity? If you tell your project manager that an awful decision is ok just to keep your job (and your money) aren't you prostituting (sp?) youself?

I don't believe they chose to be prostitutes though... most of them weren't even adults yet. (That fact really boils my blood)

Well, there are situations in this world in which non adult humans have to make decisions. Is their fault the world is a bag of shit? NO. Is their own decision? YES.

Is it right? Is it wrong? Who are we, ignorants in their context to judge?

owl, there is context here!

You are more than free to prostitute yourself out to ungrateful bastards who are too lazy to read a tutorial. That's the context, BTW... Helping out lazy people who don't say thank you. :)

As for Axl Rose, he wrote the song lyrics that I quoted. I'm pretty sure Axl knows his own context. :)

I know... I tried and failed to help out a person last night. This person was so horrible at programming that they had to either have been someone's family dog or a spambot. "The lights were on, but no one was home", so to speak.

Therefore, I am also guilty of prostituting myself. That makes me a hypocrite, I guess. Damnit, being nice is never worth it. ;)
