Finding music for something free

It's painfully hard to find a good song when you are working on a free, open source game. It kinda sucks to imagine paying for something when it's not an investment at all (except for time, but that's spent having fun coding, etc). Ive browsed like crazy, but Im not doing well.

I need something similar to this theme:

Something cute and bouncy. I'm hoping that by posting here I will either interest a very giving sound designer, or someone who knows how to find this stuff might post me in the right direction. Dunno.

If you're looking for old school chiptunes, have you checked out 8bitcollective? You'll need to check the licenses of any songs there, but commonly they're licensed with a Creative Commons Attribution, Non-Commercial and Share-Alike license that should be fine for any freeware game.
