Hi folks, I'm a games development student, and i need to do a context report for my 3rd year project, and we need to do this thing here called a Market Survey. The idea is that a third party has to be involved in a way, aka. i need to get some opinions on the subject area of my project Which is about weather and environmental effects in video games (well mostly TPS and FPS games as i know the most about those, but i'm looking at other ones as well) that affect the gameplay (so i'm not concentrating on making shaders etc.) Long story short, it would be a great help for me if you could fill in this short (9 questions) survey of mine: http://surveys.polldaddy.com/s/F9C338E4E008CF38/ Edit: (changed question 5 a bit, added other option for certain questions) (sorry if this isn't the right forum section for this, i mean this isn't exactly a help wanted ad so i thought.. but nevermind) [Edited by - mutantleg on December 9, 2009 2:44:40 AM]
I filled in the survey, but the survey doesn't have enough context on the questions. For example, weather effect graphics always need to be good, but not realistic (depends on the art style), answering that it is not important for them to be realistic doesn't necessarily imply that it depends on the art style (which is very important, and what personally I would be implying).

Also, there should be places for readers to fill in comments to add further contextual feedback on specific questions. The data from the current survey probably wouldn't be very useful in my opinion (i.e. it's not asking the right questions).

First of all, thanks for filling it in.

You're referring to question 5, right? I think i need to re-word/re-think that one a bit.

Which specific questions felt like that they could use further feedback?
