need mp3 wrapper badly

I need a non directshow mp3 wrapper. basically I have an opengl application and I want to play mp3 music in it. DShow plays the mp3 but skips like fuck because opengl and dshow compete for resources (i guess[?]). DOes anyone know a simple way to play mp3''s in their appz?

Try OpenSL.org, I''m not sure but I''m guessing the Sound Library has mp3 support.
