I've chosen "World Coordinate", not "Local" or "View" The Gizmo is located at the center of the mesh. I scale them down with one marquee, The mesh is okay, but the biped stays the same.... How can I move (deform it locally according to the mesh), not just simply translate it around the world and I want to scale it down so that I can merge it with the scene? Thanks Jack [Edited by - lucky6969b on November 23, 2009 3:44:01 AM]
I can move the bones now, When I want to move the bones and the mesh at the same time, the biped will leave the body. Any ideas?
Thanks

Not sure if this is the correct terminology for Max, but has the mesh been weighted to the bones? I know in Blender you can't deform the mesh with a skeleton until you've gone into weight-paint mode and actually told the mesh verts which bones they should receive position data from.
