oh i see because i thought this was about game development.

i'll give some constructive criticism based on what i see.
if you want to work in games, and your work is for concept art, then you need to add more character. clothes will add a flavour to hte character, will suggest cultural backdrop, society state etc. tools/props can suggest timeline, technological advancement etc, who teh character is in terms of what motivates them, etc.

if i were looking for an artist to work with, i would not be interested in you based on what is presented here, but this shows ability to carry a project through to completion so it's a good start. there is nothing wrong with your drawing skills, the character looks pretty sound to me, and obviously you know how to use the paths tool in photoshop. actually not a lot of artists i spoke to know how to use that so it shows adaptation to technology.

if you want to move on and look at getting into games, it would be better to focus on figure drawing and accessorising instead of concentrating on polish.
it's nice to see a finished piece for sure but if that is your main focus, then it's probably better to post this stuff at deviant art.

With that level of ability all you really need is the patience to redraw it in a different position a number of times. Seems you have the technique down, why not test it out?

ok i took all your comments into consideration and i am making a new character with hands and clothes i hope you guys like what you see i will post it later in a few days when i am finished :).
