using military planes in games and licenses

That means you can't use it to control a real life nuclear facility, or guide real life planes, etc. iTunes has this disclaimer, and I have yet to figure out how you could possibly use it to control a fission reactor or land a plane.

Virtual planes or nuclear facilities are A-OK though since nobodies actual lives are at stake.

(Not actual legal council, due to not actually a lawyer, just the most common sense interpretation of the contract.)

I think it is more a case of not wanting the guy with his finger on the button to be rocking out to 'we are the champions'...
