I was wondering If there is a sprite movement sheet similar to this one here: http://www.allacrost.org/staff/public/ModularSprites.png but for a side scrolling game that I am creating... It a side scroller shooter similar to soldat or gunster rain of bullets. So is there a sprite sheet for a side scroller shooter in which there a picture of the character holding the gun in every angle or if that doesnt exist then just a side scroller sprite sheet. You could try looking at the sticky "Sprites, sprites, and more sprites!" at the top of the Visual Arts forum, it has many links to various resources that you may find useful for what your looking for.

Failing that perhaps your should consider looking for art tutorials instead, or looking for an artist to help you out.

I have found this useful for making the sprites, and it was easily customized, but with lots of options.
