Export character w/ skinning data to FBX using Maya 2008
Has anyone successfully exported a character model w/ skinning data to the FBX format using Maya 2008? We can get the vertices and uv data into the file, but when we attempt to export skinning data and then re-import into Maya using the generated FBX, the skeleton and rigging "went all wonky" <<-- quote from artist :-D
Any tidbits or pointers to help would be great.
