Developer - Publisher contracts
Does anyone know where I could find more examples of Developer - Publisher contracts like the "famous" Call of Duty one that Gamasutra published?
>> So, where?
Their location is not secret, they are held in legal departments or executive offices of both the game developers and the publishers.
Being able to see them is straightforward enough. You get a job in a "need to know" position, or search court records and defunct business records for the documents.
Nearly all major contracts are covered under NDA and trade secret agreements. The people who have them won't share unless you need to know, or unless they have a really compelling reason to risk legal trouble. For minor contracts, the publishers have template contracts that you can find by searching the web or contacting them and asking for their agreements to submit a work for evaluation.
So, why do you want to see them? They all boil down to "developer will make game in exchange for money and other consideration". The only things that changes are the details of the game, amount of money, and types of considerations.

And any other detail differences worthy of note are discussed at the IGDA site, see the Contract Walkthroughs at http://www.igda.org/biz/ and read Jim Charne's IGDA column, "Famous Last Words." And buy the starter kit from Tom Buscaglia's site.
