Some bp7 programs dont work on some pentium II processors, dont know why. Is there a patch to fix this ? Has Delphi a console mode like MSVC that can compile those programs ?
There is a patch that'll fix that problem, but I don't know where to find it offhand. Do a search on the Internet and you'll probably find it.

If I'm not mistaken, Delphi is backwardly compatible with Turbo or Borland Pascal code for DOS, given that you don't use any DOS-specific stuff. And, yes, Delphi will build console apps, but I don't know if the crt unit is even available and will work like you'd expect.
