Hi, I am programmer, I don't know much about music and sounds and I don't know notes, but I need some sound software to my game to create simple sounds(like footsteps, explosions and etc.), and I need some music creation software where is no notes. Can You suggest my anything?

Did you try the Stickies? Like, specifically one that says "Music Software, etc."

The quickest and easiest way is to record the sounds you need with a portable recorder and edit them with a wav editor to the desired result (adding effects, copy/paste, volume adjustment etc).

A good program is Soundforge if you have a budget to spend and if not Audacity is good free program.
