Hi guys... now, i create a music system using DirectMusic.. i tried the Xact but there where some problem -as i suppose- so i come back to use DirectMusic.. the Music system i want to implement is just playing Looped Sound with associated small sounds as effects and this effect played at specific times of the play time of the looped one.. so i want the effects (small sounds) to be cued at a determined times of the looped one. so i'v to get notification from the looped segment in order to play the effects. can any body tell me how can i use the notification in DirectMusic to conferm me that the sound has reach the notification points(times). Thx.
