The title says it all. I have some MPEGs I've taken with my digital camera that I'd like to split into their constituent frames for use as art assets. Quick google searches for things like "split mpegs into jpegs" haven't turned anything useful up. Any links?
VirtualDub and VirtualDub Mod have the ability to save a video to an image sequence. I think though, the only output formats it supports are bmp, tga and png so might not fit your jpeg requirement.

[Edit: Just had a look and VirtualDub does bmp, tga and jpeg, VirtualDub Mod (at least the version I have) does bmp, tga and png] [smile]
