cann't you watch my site? or just is there broken link in my site? where do you from? it can not access from china. it is odd. I try to solve the problem.
I have a couple problems with your claim and site:
"The leader carry nearly ten years of artistic experience" Your work is not really very good or exciting, in all honesty. If you were a student or entry level person, I'd say its decent/good, but as a professional, its creatively bland and technically questionable.
Second, this is more like an announcement for the Announcements forum, unless you are looking for crits on your works from a bunch of lowly hobbyists ;P
Third, As well know, low cost talent in China and small studio low operation fee, which allows 3d-modeling.org to create professional quality work at a competitive rate."
This is personal, but I think studios should have an obligation to only use companies that pay their employees well and fairly. It is not just the mega-corporations that outsource their jobs to China and other places because they can pay workers cents an hour instead of fair wages, I know there are other companies and studios that do this as well, and I find the act despicable.
"Low model: 30$ - 80$ model with texture.
High model:50$-100$ model with texture and surfacing."
China or not, that price is too low for good work, and people are usually not willing to pay for substandard work.
Figure that a simple worker in the USA earns $8/hour... a full character takes a professional a few weeks, and they earn many times more than 8 dollars/hour. Either your workers are earning next to nothing, or their work is not professional quaulity.
If you are a business, as you claim to be, I will do away with the niceties... I have tried to be as honest as possible.

Amazing, thanks for your replay. please let me correct:you have three problems not a couple problem. :-\)
First, our work is professional. you know, business outsoucing work can not be shown. many listed in website are "homework".and for different use, differnet quaility demand.
If what you said is true that a full character(with rig or without rig? do you mean high cg model or low polygon game model) cost 8 * 8 * 5 * 2(weeks) 640$, I will think to raise my price. in China, a professinoal model cost max 100$(maybe more, but I do not know).
I am a 3d modeler for three - four year experience. we are a team.( I think studio in china means a team or a company. so should I use team other than studio?) we make models together and divide profit according to work quantity per person.
If you are interested, we can communicate more deeply. maybe we can co-op some way. finally thanks to your replay that give me some valued information.
i have trouble believing you're a professional studio too to be honest. however your models are not bad, just seem a little uninspired and lack polish.

I think what we're seeing here is mostly the chasm in industry between the USA/Japan/European markets and studios, which are established and the educational system is set up as well. China's industry is still young and emerging, so the quality of work, the price of talent, etc., is still behind the Western World.
If you are getting work, then that is the bottom line, something is working... I am not familiar with Chinese CG (games or film) industry (except Ubisoft's Chinese studio), so I can't really say more than that, but your work still lags far behind many lower-tier studios (but your price lags behind as well).
If we figure an artist makes $35,000 per year, and a character takes 2 weeks, that's about $1300 per model, generally not including a rig or skinning... just the model (hi poly sculpt, low poly realtime version), and texture. However, these are professionals, and I wouldn't suggest charging more than $100 for the work you have shown on your website.
Its difficult for me to get an idea because I am naive to the industry in China, I can only compare it to what I know about the USA.

I should post more work. you know, we ever work for U.S. outsourcing. though we are in china, but we have been trained by u.s. instructor for their outsourcing for ps ,xbox and pc game. I MUST post more professional work, otherwise probably we can not get work from u.s.
