What exactly are you showing?
Forgive me if I'm way off base, but it looks like an entire demo reel showing your use of plugins. Did you model or textured anything in there? Did you program some of the plugins or something? You're posting a demo reel and there is no indication of what sort of reel it is supposed to be. Are you intending to be some sort of dynamics artist or something for a movie/cinematic studio?

i am with drevil, i am not sure what i am supposed to be judging. stuff looks nice though. by your subtitles i am assuming you programmed the effects in some of these?

people... you should read this:

I described there what I did. Almost everything was made by me. Two cars models come from another artist, I litte remodeled them. Skeleton also is not my model.
"What exactly are you showing?"
I'm showing you fx animations, particles, dynamics, some new solutions like deforming car, fluids, etc
Feel free to comment it :)

Here is the point: none of us knew what you were showing in the reel. Was it art, models, programming, et cetera. And if we can't figure it out, that means it isn't clear.
Make it clear.
Over all, very, very impressive work. Very well done. My only complaint was that the 'aquarium' shot was rather slow and seemed clunky. Compared to the rest of the shots, being so fluid, it stands out poorly.

visage: I'm not exactly sure how make it more clear, I mean my main target was to show FX stuff. And as FX I mean: particles, dynamics, fluids, etc
In some fx animations I just wanted to show some kind of solutions which can be used by others in future, an example of this is big watter blob and big sphere smashing car.
In other fx animations I wanted to show flock simulations, i.e fish which try to avoid shark, and so on.
But I wanted also some of them(fx anim) to look visually good so, I've modeled some stuff, I've created textures and shaders, I've lighted the scene, created particles, rendered it, etc, in few animations I also painted/edited background. In example, project: Beneth a Steel Sky, I wanted to show some clouds. I had cloud fx before in demo, but I had an idea to show different type of clouds, more realistic, so I come with idea to show them over city, so I've added city as a photo, edited it, when I've created clouds I've seen it missed something, so I've invented traffic in the city, it's a particle based crowd type system where cars have different colors based on a little bit scripting, they are also try to slow down when they come to the crossing, and after that I've also seen that whould be great to add something else, to show more skills, so I've added ducks, and this is also flock simulations based on particles and geometry instancing, it means that I just need one animated duck and I can then copy this one to particles with some scripting to get offset motion on each of them, so I've modelled duck, textured, animated and then did the rest.
I'm sorry if this is unclear. Please ask me questions and I'll answer. Also take a look at demo reel breakdown file to see some more details about it.
