I don't think they are available in any kind of downloadable format. If you don't want to read them online, I'd suggest buying them.

Does anyone know where to get the red and blue books without having to download each html document separately?

I think that downloading or printing out each page would be better than paying for it..lol. I guess I'll just have to do it the hard way.
