midi converter

does anyone know of a wav to midi converter, or can someone give me info on how to accomplish this.
what i have is a 5 second loop in a wav file, and i need to make it a midi file, but when i tried to do it with a midi converting program, it didn't capture all the sounds.

As far as I know there are very few wav to mid converters, and if you find one it will only do one track and it will still be very shitty.

for only 5 seconds (or even more) i would just transcribe the loop myself with SeventhString Transcribe and midi it up in Sibelius. what's in the loop? how many instruments?
