So you are a game creator? Well first of all let me say well done for getting this far, we know how hard it is to code games! However you may by now thinking that you will kill someone if you game don't sell, after all you spent months working on it! So what can we do for you? Well we don't just publish the game we do: Web site Creation: We will make your game a web site, unique for your game Buy domain and hosting: It is alright having a game site but what about the other costs? We pay! Market your game: Yes we pay for Marketing, be it Google Adsense or short radio adverts. Sell your game: No need to get the customer buying your game, we do that Provide you with stats: We provide you with the information you need, such as how many copies you sold. Send you the money: We can send you your profit via Cheque, Paypal, or a number of other ways. Handle help desk: No need to waste time in between making games, we handle customers problems. Bug fixing: If you provide us with source code we will even fix bugs. We can also fix 3D Game Studio bugs. We care: We are not EA! Your important, in fact your so important if you want you can come to our HQ We are always here: No need to wait days while we have meetings about your game, we decide live! We get your game in the shops: Yeap that is right, we don't sell only only the internet we also contact companys such as Game and EB. So what do we expect from you? Not a lot A splash image of our logo each time your game starts. This is not some long dull video just a image! A small cut of the profits, very small compared to other company's. We expect 15%, sometimes less. Legal. We need to make sure your game is legal and you should not hide features without telling us. What games do we publish? If it is fun to play we will publish it. After all games are not about who can make the water look real, they are about getting that wow factor. You can send us games made with editors such as the amazing 3D Game Studio, or even the free Game Creator! If you like your game then we will, after all the creator is always harsh on his own creation! Post on this topic or PM me if you want more infomation.
This is really something for "Your Announcements", but I'll leave it here for what I expect will be an interesting business discussion or some entertaining flames.

My contribution is that you're not really disclosing much information. Compare yourself with a well-known publisher such as Garage Games.

The obvious questions are:
1) Who are you? Where is your website? What is your business name? Where is it registered?
2) Why are you able to offer such a low rate, where others can't?

I think you will find that most developers looking for a potential publisher will want to know that much. Such a low publisher fee is not really going to entice many developers if you're not going to disclose this vital information.

Most importantly, you don't disclose the fact that your listed email address is on an Abandonware Site, a fact that most developers might want to know about a potential publisher.

A bunch of crooks and con artists methinks - stay well clear!

Mr. Creamy.
Yeah, but at least, "we're not EA"!
No. Even worse. At least EA try to put a professional front to things.

Mr.Creamy.
Andrew Russell thanks for the questions, I would love to address these:

1) Who are you? Where is your website? What is your business name? Where is it registered?

- We are UK based Company Pure Systems, we are a team of happy coders. We have the power to go into the publishing industry thanks to funding from our other projects and the research and learning gone into making a project sell. We are registered in the United Kingdom and have sent of our Trademark form today, we will post here the details of Trademark when we get them back. We also have a small part of the UK media (for more infomation on this topic please contact our legal team on United Kingdom phone number: +441173500986. We are currently creating the website, however will will have this online very soon.

2) Why are you able to offer such a low rate, where others can't?

- This is due to many reasons, firstly we have the media power to be able to advertise for cheaper than other companys and have other connections, also we work hard to find the best offers for other areas. However one of the major factors is that we know this won't pay amazingly well but it is something we do enjoy and currently money is not a problem thanks to other companys (Such as our email service).

Regarding the email, I have listed that one for two reasons, firstly the abandonware on that site has had permission by the game creators and also the DNS has not yet moved over to our servers for our new domain.

Regarding the EA stance, one of the main reasons we set this up is we see companys like EA removing the freedom of game creators. Yes you are true to say we are not very professional, however does being professional help all the time? No. Being direct does. Please understand you can be professional and not so.. bland.

Mr. Creamy, I am sorry that you feel that way. However if you wish we can either met or you can come to our HQ. If there is anything we can do to convince you then feel free to inform us.

[There are several more cases, but that should be enough.]

Although being professional all the time is not critical to business success, it certainly helps when you are an advertising group attempting to advertise yourself.

If a group is going to be advertising my products, I expect that they'd at least run their own ads through a spelling checker first.

The spelling and grammar in your post scare me away before I even look through the services you offer.

I have to agree with this sentiment. While being "professional" may not be critical for some businesses, anything in advertising is going to be all about impressions. Good luck to you.

Point is true to a high extent. However may I just get the idea here that we are not trying to get you aboard, we just would like to find out what would draw you in. Thanks for the comments so far they have been of great help to us at the team.
Well if comments are what you seek, then I'd say the #1 answer is a better advertisement for yourself. You give few actual details in the original post and what you do give is not entirely professional sounding. It is also a plus to have something to show to people that says you are for real. There is nothing about previous experience in that post.
