Motion Capture Data Format

Where can I find some detailed file format document of the .trc & .bvh motion capture data file. I am writing a tool to convert .trc to .bvh, but I can not get enough infomation about the marker names in .trc file and JOINT names in .bvh file. Can anyone help? thanks
