To see what I mean it would be best to download the program and run it for yourself. You can get it here. The problem is that when I draw half of my rotated image the scrolling is silky smooth, but when I draw both halves things get "shakey" (it doesn''t matter which half). To see what I mean just download the program and read the readme. I''m open to any ideas. I also included the source code if you want to take a look at it. I''m not asking you to debug my code; just to give me ideas as to what the problem might be. Useless Code
