First chance Exception in OpenIL

I''m getting a first change exception in OpenIL when running my debugger. The exception occurs right after startup and my app doesn''t even hit mail. When running OpenIL with another application it gets no exception. Something is obviously different between these two apps... Any suggestions? Two project one gets exception the other doesn''t. This seems to be in the DLL''s startup code...

Is it finding the dll?
