I am using Mandriva 2006 -- KDE 3.4 So I got this package, xsceensavers4.14. It looks like a regular linux program needing compiling then a make install. However these screen savers do not seem to show up in the desktop preferences. I googled for awhile on the subject of installing screen savers into KDE/Mandriva and came up with nothing short of a few people who had the same problem. Any help?

Well you know I do the same. Moniter turns off after 10 min, screen saver kicks in after 5.

I was just playing around, I wanted the GLMatrix screen saver since I love how that matrix screen saver looks.
