Goto mrgamemaker''s site for camera movement tutorial. You don''t need to use quaternions to prevent gimbal lock if you use lookat, right and up vectors (composed of doing cross products) and compose a new camera matrix from the vectors. Mrgamemaker has a tutorial on how to do this.
