In lamothe''s book he create a simple engine which he uses throughout the entire book. All his sample source code only include the headers why does he not have to include the .cpp files too?
The reason is that he has all the .cpp''s compiled into a .dll, which is a kind of executable. It already contains the .cpp''s, but in a more machine-readable form.
