Hi everybody, In the last days i have made an orchestral score for fun and practice. Maybe you would listen to him and give me a reply what you think about it. Would be cool. Thank you very much "Titel: the silent song of revolution" http://sebuko.nims.nl/Revolution.mp3 I´m still searching a nice project (Game/Demo) to join with my music experience. Sorry for my bad english. Many greetz, Peter from Germany ( alias Sebuko) P.S: You can also take a look at my Homepage at: http://www.peter-skutecki.de.vu
This isn't orchestral. It's a different genre that just happens to use strings and orchestral percussion.

Think about adding these elements:

-stronger bass line, perhaps using contrabass
-more brass harmonies: horns in the mid range, trombones in the low
-maybe change the choir harmonies to horns
-get rid of all instances of pizzicato strings (they’re used way too much in orchestral sampling) or change it to winds (layer it with harp for stronger attack)
-at 2:40 change the trumpet to something that sustains, perhaps with vibrato
-think about adding a secondary melody underneath all violin melodies (or any melody for that matter) kind of like something that plays in duet, but differs in its melodic motion and rhythm

If you want to make it more orchestral sounding you must concentrate on more fluid harmonic motion rather than repetitive block chords. On the other hand, you can make quite a career out of doing this kind of thing and scoring Michael Bay films.
