since Acclaim has been auctioned away. who owns the copyrights for Acclaim's game? Trying to make a online version of the Re-Volt or similar using their engine's and all, will need license for it, but have no idea who to contact to. Probe Entertainment ltd. <- developer cannot be contacted. Acclaim Entertainment ltd. <- you know they are history now. does anyone knows? plz help =)
It would be whoever owns the assets of the company. Best place to find out would be to contact the accountants who acted as administrators for Acclaim when they went bust and ask who they sold the assets to.

thanks for the reply Dan~
Are you actually using their engine, or are you just making a similar game? Because you don't need a license if you are just making a game about racing remote controlled cars. You will need some sort of IP agreement if you use the name 'Re-Volt' or if you use their code however.
actually trying to use thier engine if possible, couldn't find any informaiton what so ever though hmm...
