I guess I'm probably just going to use shareit.com for my affiliate program since it's free. Anyway, I think it's best to create a small little section of my site dedicated to the affiliates. I dont think you actually place it on your site, you just have a "link" to the payment gateway ?

That is how I have seen it done on most web sites.
