It also isn''t very nice to complain when someone goes out of their way, spends their time and money on something for you, and it isn''t good enough. Give the guy a break ok? Judging from your name, you probably live overseas. Who knows how long it takes for a CD order to be shipped through 2 (or more?) sets of international customs? Be patient.

Trigger, for you info, I have also been waiting for 6 weeks now. Jeff had a lot of troubles a month ago and he said several times he would be late with the CDs. Just be patient and wait some more. If you think he''s forgotten, send him a (nice) mail about it. No need to make a scene on the forum.

Your order was sent out, I have told you this many many many times in email. You ask me about it every 2 days. If you have not received it yet, I don''t know what to say. All I DO know is that it was indeed shipped out!
A final comment on this topic...
I have had many people ask me "when is my cd going to get here". Most the time if the CD has not arrived by the date I assume it should get there, the first email is followed up with a second email, usually like this "I ordered my bloody CD 2 weeks ago, you said it would be here this week, it''s FRIDAY, and I DO NOT have my cd yet... where the H*ll is it!?!".
And you know what... monday morning rolls around, and late monday afternoon I receive an email "got the cd, thanks".
Instead of being patient, and trusting me when I say it''s shipped people rant and rave. I never make a promiss (free CD), whatnot if I don''t plan to keep it.
In regards to cancelled orders, I have had people say to me. "Why did you cancel my order?". I ask them for their I-Escrow number. After logging in, I check their number and find out either I-Escrow cancelled the order because payment was not made, information was incorrect, etc. The order never even gets to me until the payment has been made, so alot of the time, when you guys ask me about cancelled orders, I don''t even know about it. Please TALK TO I-ESCROW before you talk with me. If I cancel any orders I post news about it or I email the individual, stating why.
If an order is cancelled however, I don''t see why everyone gets so hot about it. I don''t know how many times I have said this, but I receive ABSOLUTELY nothing, until you have received the CD. Not one cent!!! And yes, I know you have been billed for the CD, and I know it shows up on your visa statement, but guess what... I DO NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY. I-Escrow holds it until you ok the order. So when I cancelled the 10 orders everyone is so pissed off about, I did it because I was tired of I-Escrow holding your money, trying to get enough money gathered to ship your disks on my own. So I cancelled, and the money was returned to you.

Nehe, i am sorry for all the hassle, but i emailed you not before 2.5 weeks after i was cancelled. i understand why you have done it and i think it is ok. everybody would do the same. my only problem was that i emailed you the last days and didnt got an reply. trust me, there was no one! I only got the last. but i know that it was my fault to be not patient & not trusting you. but i think 2 that it is a normal problem on the net cause it is to unpersonal.
hope fully you arent to angry about it. I will try to contribute the site.
