Podium - awesome sequencer / VST host
I bought myself a copy of Zynewave Podium a while back. I tried Cubase, FL studio and everything else in existance, and Podium was my favourite. It's only $90 US, and worth every penny. This program is really good, but it isn't well publicised by the creator. I only stumbled upon it buried at the bottom of some list on some radnom site.
This program needs some serious pimpin' so I'm doing my part. After hearing it handle an entire orchestra (20 tracks) through Sampletank without a glitch on one of my compositions, I now believe this programs rules. I couldn't get other programs anywhere near Podium's price range to keep in time. I couldn't get them to keep two tracks in time, let alone 20.
Sure Cubase is better, but I think Podium is as good. It just lacks some of the extra features

It should be added to the lists of programs.
edit: fixed the link
*cries at amount of work this week*
I should be done with exams tomorrow, and I'll hop on the Music Software thread then. On first glance, the program looks awfully cool, though.
