Free 3D modeller that imports .x or .b3d files?

Does anyone know of a free (Win98) 3D modelling program that can import DirectX or Blitz3D files and export them in a more common format (for importing into Milkshape)? A free conversion program would do.
Blender

Blender seems to support exporting in DirectX format, but I saw no mention of importing DirectX or Blitz3D files.
Hmmm... Odd... I'm sure there is a plug-in, though.
Unless the site is out of date (which is possible), the only DirectX plugin is for exporting.
Lithunwrap isn't exactly a modeller, but it's free and should be able to import .x models and save them directly to milkshape format among others. I haven't used it myself so I can't tell how well that would work.

Thanks. I'll give that one a try.
It aint a modeler, but a 3D convertor tool that I'm making ... it can read B3D blitz models and save into Milkshape's formats .. its called Biturn, try it here : http://mirex.mypage.sk/FILES/bi086a2.rar
