Animating rotation?
Could you please tell me how can I animate 360° rotation in 3D Max or Maya? I want to achieve smooth rotation but I cannot figure out how to do it. What I do is: 1KF 0° - 25KF 180° - 50KF 360°, which I is not what I want. Thank you!

set a keyframe at 1 and one at 50 on the timeslide and rotate 360°... if thats not what your looking for then im not quite sure what your asking.
What you suggest is basically the same thing what I do. The problems is when I loop this animation, there will be two equal frames, which make the spinning jerky - the object turns around then stops for a part of the second and then continues turning. What I mean is that the first frame and the last one must be different but I do not know how to make this interpolation.

Well, your first frame is the same than the 50 th frame. So to loop smooth you have to loop frame 1 - 49 ,and leave frame 50 out ... ;)

it stops because you inserted a keyframe at 25.
