I use a program called Samurize. The configuration on my desktop is a custom one that I made myself. The webcam, website, and mail statuses are custom PHP and Perl scripts that I made. (Well, except for the mail one, which I downloaded). The calendar and weather come from premade scripts that are available on the Samurize website. Most configs are easily integraded into others. The best part about this is that Samurize, and all the configs that I downloaded, are free.

One thing you might notice is that the WAN IP is coming up as a network address. This is because we have a POS router that has a port-80-only forwarding bug that randomly forwards port 80 to a computer on the network. So, I have to install ActiveX's PortMapper on each machine in order for my website to work. So, the website thinks each visitor's IP is one of the machines on the network. (This is also why the unique hits counter is so low). If anyone knows of a better port mapper program that doesn't screw up the IP addresses (like a program that changes only the destination address and then forwards the packets to the server - much like what you can do in Linux's iptables), then let me know.

Edit: Hmm.. it seems that the Samurize website is down. If you want, I can make Samurize, as well as some of the scripts/plugins that I made available for download.

Forgot one thing.. You'll also need Motherboard Monitor in order for the CPU Temperature and fan RPM sensors to work.

It appears to be another troll, with a desktop full of 'warez' fodlers. O_o
Here we go, a pretty standard SUSE desktop. Enjoy.

Eleventy: Well, as long as it's just a temporary downtime, it shouldn't be necessary. Thanks a lot for your informations anyway :)

mattd: That desktop has definitly got some style.
